The Balcony Suite. Is upstairs. This is accommodation with a 5 star view. From the balcony there is a magnificent view of Porter and Boston Bays. Boats on their moorings and fishing boats and pleasure craft coming and going from the Marina. The balcony suite is like a very large well appointed Motel type room, with its own private access. It is ideal for people who also want their privacy. It has a Queen size bed, plus another single bed. It has a large sofa to relax on. A table with 4 chairs. There is a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a dressing table with large drawers and a mirror. This suite has an ensuite with a shower, toilet and washbasin. What is a Continental Breakfast?.
I believe a Continental Breakfast was originally a cup of coffee and a piece of toast or croissant.
However the Continental Breakfast we supply is somewhat more lavish than that. There is the cereal of your choice, toast for bread and fresh or sometimes canned fruit. A choice of spreads for the toast and your choice of fruit juice. If guests are going to arrive late we appreciate it if they will let us know in advance if they have any particular likes/dislikes such as, white bread or grain bread, full milk or low fat milk, butter or margarine etc.
Can we have a cooked breakfast?.
Certainly, we can serve it to your suite or you can join us in our kitchen. It does however cost more.
Can I smoke inside?.
No. We are a Non Smoking establishment. However we do understand that many people are unable to give smoking away and we provide ashtrays outside the suites and ask that our guests use them if they need to smoke. We have found that the guests that smoke are only too happy to respect our wishes and appreciate being catered for in this way.
Is there a BBQ available?.
Yes. Guests are welcome to use our Gas BBQ and the outdoor table setting on the back patio. It is a very pleasant place to have a meal when the weather is mild and balmy.
Do you have off street parking?.
Yes.
Can you help us with advice on where to go and what to see?.
Certainly. We have pretty good local knowledge and are only too happy to help our guests.
What deposit do you require?.
For off peak periods, the minimum deposit is one nights accommodation or 50% of the total fee, whichever is the greater.
During peak periods, bookings are required to be paid in full a minimum of 30 days in advance.
What credit cards do you accept?.
Mastercard, Visa and BankCard.
How do we find Swanmore?.

"Do you have a brochure?".
Do you have a brochure?.
Yes. You can view, print or download our

Once you have opened the brochure you can simply print it or save it until later.
What happens if we have to cancel our booking?.
We are guided by the South Australian Tourism Commissions policies for deposit refunds. The policy is a minimum of 30 days notice for a full refund of your deposit. Less than 30 days and more than 14 days notice - loss of deposit, less than 14 days notice - loss of all monies paid.
In practice, if you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please give us as much notice as possible. If we are able to get the unit rebooked, we have no problems with a full refund of your deposit.
It is a good idea to invest in Travel Insurance when you start planning a holiday.
